“Faster Than Light” Ecoanxiety-to-Action Dance Video Released at World Health Organization Conference at COP26

Glasgow, Friday, November 4, 2021 – The Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment (CAPE), Canada’s leading voice in planetary health, and the UK Health Alliance for Climate Change, one of the world’s first health professional organizations dedicated to a healthy climate, in partnership with Dene recording artist Jay Gilday, editor Amos Scott of Adze Studios, Ecology North, and members of the Yellowknife Dance Collective, are proud to announce the launch of Faster Than Light, an ecoanxiety-to-action dance video filmed in a melting snow castle on a frozen lake in the subarctic in Canada.  
Premiering November 6th at 1300 GMT at the Global Conference on Health and Climate Change at COP26, co-hosted by the World Health Organization and the Global Climate and Health Alliance at Glasgow Caledonian University, this video is the result of a multi-year collaboration between CAPE Past-President Dr. Courtney Howard, and UK Health Alliance for Climate Change Co-founder Dr. Robin Stott.
